  1. How can I get more information about product listed in your website?
  2. Simply visit our Contact Us page and fill out your query in our contact form, alternatively if you are in a hurry, please call us on numbers provided.

  3. I have found ‘Call for Price’ option on certain listed products in your website. What does it mean
  4. Due to lower sale volume for some items we do not keep huge stock of it, so by adding ‘Call for Price’ option we are encouraging our customers to give us a ring, so we could assist them with their order for such item as best as we can.

  5. Can my order be delivered to my Northern Ireland address?
  6. Absolutely, we are providing nationwide delivery anywhere in Republic of Ireland including Northern Ireland.

  7. How can I pay for my order if I don’t have registered Paypal account? 
  8. As per your request, we can issue you an invoice and once it has been paid, we will dispatch your order.

  9. Can I collect in store?

  11. I cannot find colour or size for the product I am interesting in.
  12. We have a huge range of products in different sizes and colours available in our online store. However, if size or colour of the product you are interested in is not listed in that product page, please use our contact form, phone number or email provided in our Contact Us page to let us know what particular size and/or colour you are looking for and we may be able to help.

  13. What should I do if I cannot find answer to my question about certain product/service you provide on neither of your website pages?

  17. I am already using equipment from one of manufacturer whose products you are selling in your online store. Can you arrange me a product that is not listed in your online store, to match the manufacturer products I am currently using?

In such cases where we do not stock items that you are looking to buy, but we do distribute products of such a manufacturer whose products you are already using and would like to match current equipment buying of same, we may be able to order it as per your specific request.
